Brilliant support when needed, easy to use, rarely have problems and any issues are always sorted quickly. Income is coded to correct GL code automatically and reports are easy to produce and understand.

It helps in our day to day operational side but there are aspects that could be improved. Like the scheduling of messages is a really good function but you cannot add an attachment.
