What is TripPA?
TripPA is the school trip management app built by teachers, for teachers. It simplifies the planning, approval, and running of educational visits, making the process paperless and stress-free. Teachers can create trips in minutes, submit them for approval from the Educational Visit Coordinator, and manage all aspects of the visit, including staff, students, itineraries, documents, and updates, from one central dashboard.
TripPA allows you to share detailed itineraries instantly with staff and parents, keep families updated with secure “Moments” posts, and organise groups, rooms, and emergency information with ease. All data is securely stored and synced with your school’s MIS.
The platform is available as a web app and as Android and iOS apps, giving teachers full access whether they are in the office or on the move. TripPA saves time, reduces administrative work, and ensures every school trip runs smoothly. Exciting new features are on the way soon, including risk assessments, consents, and registers.
