Simple really - as with other Iris products, if you sign a one year contract they don't tell you that hidden away in their long, long contracts are auto-renews. They also don't contact you nearer the time to make you aware. So you think you're signing a one year extension and they then try and make you stay - one for the competition and marketing authority, one for schools to be aware of and avoid. Sad, unethical behaviour from an EdTech company.
