Enterprise education is important, especially as our young people prepare for jobs of the future and Schools are searching for new and innovative ways to align with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Our careers and enterprise solutions support students to understand and excersize key employability skills, expose them to encounters and interactions from real employers in the UK and bridge between the world of work and the school environment.
The Inspirational Learning Group not only provide hands on, drop down days run by experienced facilitators, with challenges set by real employers - we consider the whole career journey for a young person and provide careers support and exploration for both student and careers advisers through Launch Your Career - the worlds first social and skills network that is transofrming the way we prepare and train young people as they transition into their career.
The National Careers Challenge is a competition which brings exciting new opportunities for students, from Year 7 to Year 10, to meet and build relationships with real employers.
Through a series of activities, students get the chance to solve a real business challenge set by our corporate sponsors and develop the essential skills they need to thrive in whatever career pathway they choose.
An essential part of the challenge experience is for students to feel more self aware, motivated and inspired to achieve and align their learning with their career ambitions for the future. Through Launch Your Career students are guided to understand their personality type, linked to 16 different personality animals, students will explore their strengths and skills and explore careers that are suited. With live LMI data, career inspired video's, pathways of study Launch Your Career also provides Virtual Reality workplace and employer experiences through our 'World of Work' employer portal.
Young people take their first steps on the road to career and enterprise success, educators help students achieve their dreams, and employers find their future creators, innovators and leaders.
Recommended Usage
The National Careers Challenge can be booked for each year group 7-10 with up to 200 students. The challenge runs once per year.
Launch Your Career can be used as many times as required and is complimentary to the whole school as part of the package.

 Set Up | We have a fantastic school engagement delivery team that are able to assist schools with all onboarding and set up. Our enterprise days are a full day of activity in school OR via our Virtual portal if preferred, and will be booked in on a day to suit your school. |
