What is IMP Software?
We don't provide School Software with MAT Functionality, we provide MAT Software with School Functionality. MAT Budgeting Software designed with MATs, for MATs.
IMP Software has developed a budgeting, forecasting and reporting solution specifically for use by Multi Academy Trusts (MATs).
We are the only provider to take a single database solution to market that is adopted by the entire Trust, rather than the traditional approach of an aggregation of individual school datasets. The solution, IMP Planner, is not a school system with MAT functionality added on top – as is the case with our ‘competitors’ – it is a Software as a Service (SaaS) based solution which provides an integrated platform for storing a MAT’s core budgetary and financial data.
This data is used to drive future forecasts, whilst also factoring in and enabling ‘what if’ scenario planning on a host of potential drivers which can impact the viability of these MATs. The IMP Planner product itself sits between a MAT’s core business systems, extracting and combining disparate operating data, giving the Trust (and its leaders) the whole picture across their schools.
